Mission Statement
PS 38 endeavors to engage all members of the school community in developing independent thinkers, fluent in the arts, who are developing their inner confidence and a greater understanding of themselves as learners. We want our students to advocate for themselves; to know that they are heard and are valuable members of the school community; to have a sense of belonging; to persevere through difficulties and apply the tools/strategies they’ve learned at PS 38 in their everyday lives.
